Our referral process is quick and easy.
You can easily refer a patient to our practice by clicking the button below, which will submit your patient’s information directly to our office.

Working with BHP is efficient and convenient.
Once you submit a referral to our office, our staff will coordinate scheduling directly with the patient, verify patient benefits, and manage all evaluation or treatment procedures so there are no disruptions to your workflow.
Your office will receive the report within one week of when the patient completes all required components of the assessment. We can often accommodate requests for urgent evaluations.
If follow-up treatment is recommended for the patient, our office will facilitate referrals for follow-up care and connect patients with the needed resources.

All evaluations provided by BHP are comprehensive and tailored to the needs of the patient. We conduct a thorough interview and use empirical testing that has been normed for the populations we evaluate. Our conclusions and recommendations are supported by science and designed to help patients improve their health and wellbeing. We do not provide a “rubber stamp” for surgery. Patient appropriateness for surgery is determined on an individual basis.
Occasionally additional treatment is recommended prior to surgery. Our evaluations provide clear, concise, easy-to-follow recommendations, and our office staff assist patients in connecting with follow-up treatment. As a courtesy to referring providers, our staff routinely follow-up with patients undergoing additional treatment so that patients can get back on track for surgery with no unnecessary delays.

We provide evaluation and treatment services throughout the United States via telehealth through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact). Click here for a list of participating states.
We accept most major insurance plans and Medicare policies, including Workers’ Compensation, Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicare, KY Medicaid, Wellcare, Passport, Tricare, Aetna. We also offer a reduced self-pay rate for patients without insurance.
